Seeing a local newsletter article about the new Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) at INB piqued Allie Reeves’ interest. With a background in customer service, Allie was working as a banker at another bank at the time, after starting her career in banking in 2020 as a teller. Recognizing that INB was on the cutting edge of technology and customer service, Allie joined the ITM teller team in 2024.

Allie is a native of the Springfield area, splitting her time while growing up between the Springfield area and southern Illinois. She graduated from Southeast High School in 2016, attended Lincoln Land Community College and is currently taking classes online at UIS.

Allie was first encouraged to look into banking by her mother, who also started her career as a bank teller. It was a great fit; Allie says “I love helping people, and working in banking provides me with the opportunity to truly make a difference in someone's day.” When it comes to ITMs and INB, she is thrilled with the chance to conveniently help customers by combining new technology with the personal touch of a local teller on the other end of the machine.

Outside of her job, Allie enjoys drawing and painting, as well as spending time with family and friends, especially her dogs Carson and Lucy. She also supports and volunteers for the Williams Syndrome Association, an organization that provides support for families affected by Williams Syndrome — a cause close to her heart after her younger cousin Seth was born with the condition.
