Felicia Major grew up in Central Illinois, with several moves around the area until her family relocated to Alabama when she was in 6th grade. During her junior year of high school, Felicia returned to the area and has settled into her home state again.

Felicia is now part of INB’s Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) team, where she spends her days making banking easier for our customers. She was encouraged to look into a career in banking because multiple members of her father’s side of the family work in banking. She found it to be a good fit and was drawn to INB by the chance to help customers through the exciting new technology of ITMs.

When she’s not on the clock, Felicia can be found spending time with her son or playing video games with her friends. She also enjoys singing, dancing and K-pop.
