It’s “Appening” at INB

We launched our new online banking service this week. With the launch, came a new INB mobile app. Do you have the new app on your phone? Here’s how you can tell:
Here’s some other things you should know:
- If you use an Apple Device, you must be using an operating system of 8.2 or later. The new app will automatically update. Or, you can find the new app in your “updates” in the App Store and manually download the update. New INB app users should search for “Illinois National Bank” in the App Store.
- If you’re an Android user, you will need to delete our old app, then search for the new app wherever you get your applications. Download it, and you’ll be set to go.

If you have trouble, please contact our Customer Care Center at 217-747-5500 or toll free 877-771-2316. Our Customer Care team has quadrupled in numbers and extended their hours to help anyone who needs assistance upgrading to the new app or logging into the website for the first time.
Team members answer phones and track calls to assure we don’t miss anyone.
The team is so large, we had to find temporary headquarters for the group. This allows for extra hands on deck, as well as employees from our partner company, to quickly answer questions on individual accounts.
Our expanded staff will be available until 8 p.m. CST Tuesday, Oct. 17 to assist you. We will then have extended hours from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday beginning Oct. 18. Saturday hours will be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Once we’re sure everyone is set up and using the new service, we’ll go back to our regular hours.
If you are logged into the new online service or app and then have problems with Bill Pay, you can contact our special Bill Pay number 1-844-836-6665. We now have Bill Pay help available 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. CST. A chat feature is also available.
