Brittany Meyer started the school year on a high note by earning Riverton High School’s September Student of the Month Award.

Other high school recognition includes the Freshman Integrated Lab Science Award for the highest grade percentage in her class. It’s no wonder she plans to attend Southeast Missouri State to study forensic science.

Brittany is a proud member of Hawk Pride, the school spirit club.

The Riverton High School Student of the Month Award is sponsored by Illinois National Bank (INB). Brittany was chosen for the award by the staff and faculty of RHS based on attendance, academics, effort, conduct, cooperation, dependability, leadership, school involvement, and service to others. She will receive $50 from INB and will be eligible for 2016-2017 Student of the Year honors at graduation.
