Cayla Keyes was recently promoted to assistant vice president and branch manager of our South Sixth Street and downtown drive-thru. locations. Keyes, NMLS# 662877, began her banking career in 2001; she worked in a mortgage facility as a pricing analyst. She moved on in 2004 as an associate banker and trust assistant until finding her home at INB in 2009. She worked full-time while attending Robert Morris University, earning her bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a focus in management, in 2010. She has served INB as a customer service representative, banker, and Pleasant Plains assistant branch manager, until the promotion to her current position.

Being a part of the community is important to Cayla, as she serves as a school board member for Pleasant Plains CUSD and Treasurer for Pleasant Plains Middle School Cardinal Club. In 2015, she graduated from Leadership Springfield, a program that helped her understand the critical issues facing our community.

Cayla and her husband, Brett have three active boys. Jordan, 16, participates in Pleasant Plains football. Brayden, 12, takes part in football, basketball, and track. Cayla says Greyson, 3, hits the ground running each morning.
