Pam Cain, AVP, Branch Manager

Favorite part about working at INB:  Working with my customers and my coworkers. I have built so many friendships over the past 15 years not only in Peoria, but many different locations and departments. I went through a very difficult time and so many of these friends were there for me, which is something that never surprised me because of the kind of people they are. We are one big family and work so great together. I also really enjoy talking to my customers and making sure I meet their financial needs.

Favorite coffee drink or cocktail: Chai Tea, especially from Starbucks.

Courtney Jones, Commercial Lending Assistant

Favorite part about working at INB: The people I work with; we have a wonderful department.

Three things that I could not live without: My dogs, chocolate, and Mexican food.

Dan Seman, Director of Facilities

Favorite part about working at INB: The people. I enjoy interacting with all the employees at INB even if we don’t see eye to eye. There is mutual respect up and down the chain of command, and we are all willing to listen and give input to better the company.

Favorite vacation destination: The beach - either Cape Cod, MA or South Florida on the Gulf.

Ally Engle, Quality Control Specialist

Favorite part about working at INB: The people I work with, and being given the freedom to come up with new, creative solutions to problems. Knowing there is that trust makes me feel valued.

First app you open in the morning: The different messenger apps that I have are usually the first I open in the morning. I have friends who live in lots of different parts of the world, so being in different time zones means I often wake up to new messages from them.

Erin Birdsell, Relationship Banker in Pleasant Plains

Favorite part about working at INB: Helping our customers. I have always worked in customer service, and it’s my favorite part of the job. Working at a small-town branch has allowed me to get to know my customers and help them the best I can. My main goal is always making sure that when I have a customer at my desk, they know they are not just a number, but they are valued and appreciated.

Three things that I could not live without: 1) COFFEE. It’s a must for me to get my day started. 2) My son. He is the light of my life. 3) My calendar/planner. I would have no clue what’s going on without that thing!

Kim Turk, AVP, Commercial Lending.

Favorite part about working at INB: I have enjoyed working with our customers and my coworkers. We have a great team in Peoria, and we help one another like family. We support and encourage each other. The customers that I’ve come to really know over the last 15 years are also like family. Even the new customers that I just meet, I have their best interest and try to have their loan closed as soon as possible.

What is your favorite coffee drink or cocktail? My favorite cocktail would be a Moscow mule, though I do like a sweet glass of wine. Coffee would be sweet vanilla cream cold brew from Starbucks or something similar at a local coffee shop.

Rebecca Steil, Senior Teller

Favorite part about working at INB: The friendships I have made with customers and co-workers.

Three things that I could not live without: 1) Of course my wonderful family of 5. 2) My phone because I use it to keep track of what my family is doing, keeping to do lists, keeping track of my fitness. 3) Salads – I love the variety you can put in them and I usually eat one every day.
