INB’s positive culture is so rare, it often brings back employees who have pursued opportunities elsewhere but are then drawn back to INB.

Brenna Rockwell

Such is the case for Brenna Rockwell, who started at INB in December 2018 when the bank opened its first office in Chesterfield, Missouri. She joined Sean McKenna (SVP, Missouri Market President) and Commercial Lenders Joe Fendi and Zach Lammers as a team who transitioned to INB from another bank.

While Brenna left INB in 2021, she didn’t stay away long; she was excited to return in May 2022. “It’s great to be back!” she says.

With Brenna’s return, she brings enhanced experience and has taken on new responsibilities, leading to her earning a promotion. Her new title is Assistant Vice President, Commercial Loan Coordinator.

“Brenna is highly organized and proficient in her role and will continue to be a strong asset for INB and the continued growth,” Sean says.

Happy Homecoming

Brenna knows without a doubt that INB is a good fit for her, “because it’s an organization that values its employees as well as the communities it serves,” she shares. She enjoys helping both customers and her team

“My favorite parts about my job are working with our customers to assist with all of their banking needs – loan-related and otherwise – as well as facilitating loan closings to make the transactions as smooth as possible for the customer and my loan officer,” Brenna says.

California Girl at Home in St. Louis

Brenna originally hails from Southern California but has enjoyed making St. Louis her new home. When she’s not thinking about loan documents, she likes to read, watch reality TV and go out to eat. The one role that rivals her career is that of Aunt: “My nieces Andie (8) and Hazel (6) are my favorite people,” she says.

As she settles in again at INB, Brenna is glad for the opportunity to serve both her customers and her team with her new responsibilities.

“I’m very excited about my promotion, and I look forward to continuing to provide excellent service to my customers and fellow employees,” she says.
