Education brought Allison Bond to Bloomington – but it’s the caring community and opportunities available that have kept her here.

Originally from Rockford, Allison attended Illinois Wesleyan University, where she graduated in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management.

“I love the Bloomington community and have made it my home!” she says.                          

And now she’s making INB her new home, as AVP, Mortgage Lender for the INB Bloomington branch.

Allison, NMLS # 1879998, has been in the mortgage industry since 2019 and has worked for a broker, bank, and direct lender in the meantime. She has 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, administration, and management.

Positivity Makes the Difference

Self-described as a “charismatic leader,” she shares that she constantly strives to influence others in a positive way. She likes working in a fast-paced team environment, which she’s found in the Mortgage department at INB.

“I fit best in banking, and I am loving INB,” Allison says. “I am looking forward to growing my business and the bank in our community by helping home buyers!”

Bloomington is Home

Allison has put down roots in Bloomington with her significant other, Dan, and their two dogs: a two-year-old pug and a ten-year-old Husky. Outside of working, Allison is interested in “all things health” – from fitness to nutrition – as well as cooking and true crime.

While in school, Allison also completed a study abroad term in London and Gibraltar. Her Spanish skills range from intermediate with speaking and writing but more advanced with reading.

Allison’s ambition and curiosity about the world translates well to her new role at INB, where she is excited to help customers all over the Bloomington community to get into their dream homes.
