Deena’s been in the banking business since 1982, and specifically in mortgage lending since 1985, so she’s seen every type of market imaginable over her career. She says the best part of her job is interacting with both her customers and fellow employees at INB. “It has been a joy seeing many of my clients’ families grows and prosper over the years!” she says.

While Deena’s official title is VP/Mortgage Loan Officer, what she really does is listen to her clients’ needs and fit them into a mortgage that will best suit their family. “This job keeps me on my toes daily with the ever-changing rules in the secondary mortgage loan environment,” she says. “I take pride in making sure my clients receive top-notch customer service throughout the loan process, and even after the closing!” Deena shares her experience as a veteran mortgage loan officer on the INB Blog.

Deena has lived in Springfield, IL her entire life. She’s been married to Bill since 1983, and, according to Deena, “They have two beautiful girls, both of whom are married to wonderful guys.”

Deena loves spending time with her family when she’s not at the office, especially her grandson, Colby, and granddaughter, Brynlee. “I enjoy shopping for almost anything and everything! I do my best to stay in shape by walking daily, because, like most of us in Springfield, I enjoy eating out at our local pubs and restaurants. My husband and I also love to travel with family and friends.”
