As the use of our digital banking services grow, we’ve seen a significant decrease in traffic to our branches. As a result, we’ve made the decision to change our drive hours at our Springfield and Chatham branches. Beginning May 2, our drives will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We have discussed this change with customers who typically use our drives early in the morning or late in the afternoon, and all have been very receptive. They plan to use:
- Our night depository to drop off cash, checks and loan payments.
- Our digital bank to make and review deposits, and move money between accounts, and chat with a banker.
- Our ATM network with over 37,000 ATMs nationwide.
- Our Customer Care Center to follow up if they have questions or need other assistance.
We’re confident we’re making a decision that won’t affect our customer service. By keeping more traditional business hours at both our drives and branches, we feel we will have a full contingent of employees ready to help during these core hours.
