Local charities earn another $121 thanks to high school football

9/15/2014

The third week of Central State Eight high school football netted another $121 for three local charities. Illinois National Bank’s Touchdown for the Table pays $1 for every point scored at the 21 football games broadcast on Sports Radio 1450 and WCVS. After three weeks of play, the bank is providing $391 to be divided between St. Martin dePorres, Friend In Deed, and Kid’s Café. So when you’re cheering high school football teams, you’re also encouraging players to score another point for three organizations that will feed the hungry this holiday season.
