Amanda Donley began her career in banking when she took a position as a full-time INB teller in 2007, making a career change from working in retail management. She quickly felt at home. “The culture is one where you are allowed to learn and grow and really make a difference for the customers,” she says.

Since that time, Amanda worked her way up into new roles including teller supervisor and banker. In 2017, she was promoted to assistant branch manager, first at the Chatham branch and then at the Montvale and Wabash branches in 2019.

“Every branch has different customer needs, so I was able to get different experiences that I didn’t get while working in Chatham. It was a wonderful learning experience for me,” she shares.

In October 2020, Amanda became Branch Manager for Chatham. She’s grateful for the opportunity to learn so many different areas of the bank’s operations and to create lasting relationships with customers. She also loves helping coach her staff and encourage them to grow in their careers.

Amanda and her husband have been married for 18 years and have two daughters. Megan is 17 years old and loves art and playing golf. Aleta is seven years old, and she enjoys being outside looking for snakes or worms. The family has one dog, Lucy, adopted in 2017. In her spare time, Amanda loves to cook and have family nights.
