Joe Jonaitis,

Customer Care Consultant

Joe Jonaitis was born in Thailand and spent much of his early youth traveling the world thanks to his father’s engineering work, including England, France, Germany, Japan, Korea, Iran, Malaysia, Laos and more. His father, however, was originally from Springfield, so Joe found himself back in the Springfield area.

Joe has a background in customer service and bookkeeping and explored the possibility of using those skills in banking. He landed on INB and is now serving as Customer Care Consultant for INB’s Customer Care Center. “I liked INB's accessibility from a consumer’s point of view. Where many banks are sending their customer service functions overseas, INB’s commitment to their customers was impressive,” Joe shares. “In my role, I like solving problems – the more complex the better.”

In his spare time, Joe enjoys reading, and watching movies and TV shows. His family has always been close, and he loves seeing them throughout the year at many family events in the Springfield area.
