Jonathan Keldermans,

Customer Care Consultant

Jonathan Keldermans was born in Springfield and grew up in a large family – five siblings all two years apart.

He joined INB in 2023 as Customer Care Center Consultant. “The dedication to customer service is what drew me to INB,” he shares.

Jonathan and his wife Melinda have two wonderful daughters, Lily and Ava. The girls keep Jonathan busy after work and on weekends with school activities and extracurriculars. “We like to travel and boat when we have free time,” he says. The family also gained a new member: a puppy named Hank. Jonathan is enjoying training Hank, and also likes to spend time in the kitchen cooking in his spare time.
