Cayla began her banking career in 2001; she worked in a mortgage facility as a pricing analyst. She moved on in 2004 as an associate banker and trust assistant, until finding her home at INB in 2009. She worked full-time while attending Robert Morris University, earning her bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a focus in management, in 2010. She has worked for INB as a customer service representative, banker, and assistant branch manager, until the promotion to her current position. She currently attends the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, Madison and is expected to graduate in August of 2022.

“I have had the opportunity to work in all facets of banking, from operations to lending. My experience in all of the different areas has really helped me grow within my career. Being a part of the community is important to Cayla, as she currently serves as a School Board Member for Pleasant Plains CUSD. In 2015, she graduated from Leadership Springfield, a program that helped her understand the critical issues facing our community.

“I am married to Brett Keyes and we have three children. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, attending my boys’ sporting events and community fundraisers. I am an avid traveler, with my favorite of all places, being Negril, Jamaica, where my husband and I were married.”
