A native of Barclay, Ill., Jessica Fuess saw an opening at a local bank after graduating from Williamsville High School and decided to apply. While she initially worked as a teller/banker, she eventually moved to other departments of the bank such as deposit services, loan servicing, call center, commercial, and treasury management. 

After working in banking for over 18 years, Jessica joined INB as VP, Treasury Services in September 2023.  She was drawn to INB because of its community bank feel and its involvement in the community. Treasury is a great fit because Jessica enjoys finding ways to help business operations run more smoothly and efficiently.

When not at work, Jessica can be found at her teenage daughter’s sports events and spending time with family and friends. She loves being outside, crafting and taking pictures. 

Jessica is also devoted to her home community. She served as clerk for the Village of Spaulding for a few years and more recently, she moved back to her childhood home with her daughter, which keeps her busy with house projects! Jessica also hopes to start a local pancreatic cancer walk in honor of her mom, with the goal to fund a scholarship for a local high school student with the money raised at the event.
