Manage Account Alerts

Be in the Know About Account Activity

The “Manage Alerts” tab lets you setup, edit and view previous alerts. Alerts can come to you as email or text message or both. Choose "Manage Alerts from the main screen. Then choose the "+" tab to see the alert types:

Custom Alerts: Choose "Custom" from the menu above and click on the "+" sign. You'll then see these options:

Bill Pay Alerts: Choose "Bill Pay" from the menu above and click on the "+" sign. You'll then see these options:

Security Alerts: Use alerts to watch for changes to your account or provide us with information about potential fraud. With INB security alerts, you can take the actions listed below. To activate alerts tied to your debit card, you must first tie your card to your digital account. You'll find instructions here.
