Welcome to INB: Fairmount, IL

INB’s Fairmount Branch is home to the beginning of the “new” INB story. When a group of former Illinois National Bank employees wanted to re-establish INB after it was sold in the 1980’s, the First National Bank of Fairmount was for sale. The INB team bought the charter, moved the charter to Springfield, IL, but kept a presence in Fairmount.

Aaron Gallagher joined INB as an Assistant Vice President and Mortgage Loan Officer in February 2025. With 15+ years of experience in mortgage lending, he takes pride in offering a personalized and transparent approach to guide you through the loan process.
